No worries, we are here to support you in this process!
Return Policy
We hope you love your items, but we understand that they may not always be the right fit. We're happy to accept returns of items purchased from nounoulapinet.ca within 15 days of the purchase date.
Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact, to be eligible for a refund. Please note that items marked “final sale” are not eligible for return.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you'd like a different product, you can return your original item(s) and place a new order online.
Returns
To process a return online, please include your purchase receipt. Returned items must be in perfect condition, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.
Nounou & Lapinet reserves the right to inspect returned items before approving a refund or exchange, and may request photos or additional documentation. Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.
The return shipping fee is $12 CAD. Additional fees may apply based on the size, weight, or shipping location of the returned item. These are separate from the base return fee.
All returns, whether for exchange or refund, must be made within 15 days of purchase. Items discounted by 50% or more are considered final sale, unless otherwise noted.
Additionally, due to health and safety concerns, teething accessories are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Once completed, your confirmation email will include a QR code. Show this code to an agent at a participating post office using your phone or tablet—they’ll scan it and print your return label for you.
Preparing your return package:

Include all required documents in the return package.

Make sure your item is securely packed to prevent damage.

Attach the return label to the largest side of the box.

Drop it off at your nearest post office (location info below) or place it in a public mailbox.
